Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

UkraineThe extra fee for a dog seems a bit high.
Delicious breakfast with a rich choice of food. Entertainment zone for children. Kettle, and a small refrigerator in the room. A large amount of trees and greens surround the hotel.

Poland• Room: it’s clean and more or less modern but for this price it can be up to a higher standard + pillows were very uncomfortable; • Spa center: as I’ve mentioned above it’s great that it’s available but the condition of the gym or quality of the massage were not very good (we took 30 min head massage that was more expensive than in Warsaw and it ended up being less than 30 mins plus I almost felt nothing how light it was)
• Location: close the the beach and sea plus to public transport stops that connect w Gdansk; • Service: friendly and ready to help; • Breakfast: good variety and quality + you can make fresh juice yourself; • Pool and gym: great that it’s available;

AustraliaThe room smelled of chlorine perhaps because of drains, some staff were nice others offhand. The Internet was poor (had to go to lobby for signal), on one day the baguettes were old. Food in restaurant was ordinary.
Breakfast and location (near tram and beach) were excellent

Amazing breakfast, we travel a lot and the breakfast was one of the best we ever had (my partner is vegan and he was full too!). I liked the lemonade next to the reception for the quests and loved that they had the beach toys available for kids to borrow for the day.

United KingdomUnfair of me really to carp since I am an English person visiting Poland and my Polish is very poor/ non-existent but there were misunderstandings due to language difficulties. Staff did try their best. There are hotel regulations in English and printed but everything is a bit too much online. The pillows are a bit uncomfortable.
For breakfast, a fantastic selection of hot, cold and sweet dishes ( fancy cakes) and fruit with prepared salads. Coffee maker in room and little bottles of water and possibly sodas provided on my second day. Restaurant food well prepared and imaginative ( I had a celery soup with shredded pumpkin and a perfect topping of chanterelle mushrooms and then salmon with excellent vegetables including pea shoots and asparagus). I had a superb massage with 10% reduction, one of the best I have ever had. The swimming pool was warm and the saunas were good. Nice view over park and a balcony. Staff friendly and accessible. The location is opposite the beach and near to the tram station. The thermostat in my room was very easy to use and I was able to adjust the room temperature to how I liked it. Amazing shower gels/ body lotion/ shampoo from bottles in bathroom. Although I don't have children, I noticed that families had their own room to eat in and there were play areas set aside. Nice touch.

Georgia- I stayed in winter and there wasn't any heater or battery in the room, but it was really warm and comfortable to sleep, and all towels and things got dry during the night
- the hotel is located not it the city center but it's very close to the see - close to bus and tram station, it took about 50 minutes to get to the city center by tram5 - quiet neighborhood - big parking area - huge hall, several receptionists, 3 floors. elevator - swimming pool, spa and massage area (i didn't use and can't rate it) - the room was huge with big bathroom, long table, double bad, sofa and balcony - all needed facilities were included in the room - housekeeping service is great (everyday is possible) - I stayed in winter and there wasn't any heater or battery in the room, but it was really warm and comfortable to sleep, and all towels and things got dry during the night I really liked my stay there.

United KingdomThe lift wasn't working for 3 days in the hotel and I was shocked to see a male employee saying he wouldn't help with the luggage (to the staff) while a female employee wanted to carry a 25kg baggage to the third floor... Would never allow that obviously, was just very surprised to see how comfortable a person is to reject work in front of the guests.
The hotel is nicely located next to the park and 5 minutes away from the beach. I could check in earlier, which was very helpful after a long journey. I was also advised on some benefits points, which may be useful for some. The breakfast has many options and this is definitely a plus since there aren't any places in the nearby area to eat early in the morning (before 9 everything is closed outside of the season).

NorwayWhile it was clean overall, the outside patio (which we used for breakfast, because we have a dog with us) had 2 bins which were overfilled with rubbish and was not cleaned at the time we arrived to eat breakfast 9.30 or so... This in turn attracts birds and flies, which makes it worse. Its possible this was a "once off" since the bins just 15m away near the entrance was cleaned in the morning even though that one also was full earlier in the morning (witnessed it while taking the dog out in the early morning). Parking is good but costs quite a bit (as polish parking goes) 45zl for 1 night. The door from the stairwell, next to the elevator seems to be a dangeorus hotspot with risk to people getting slammed or walking into an opening door (its very wide and swings out into the path of people passing on the other side) - you will know what I mean when you see it.
Breakfast is good, rooms are nice and clean, service is friendly, location is good. Parking is good, nice park around for doggie walks etc.
