“I arrived, paid, was given a smoking room, on getting out of the lift, I automatically returned to the front desk and asked for a refund. I received none. The staff member was also very unpleasant. Therefore, I lost my money for 4 nights although not staying. This place is awful and no one should stay there!!!! I never will book or encourage anyone to book it. It is almost like a 'red' district hotel.... AWFUL SERVICE, AWFUL PLACE”
