The homeless people broke into the pool area and washed in the hot tub with their dog at night. This was creepy and not safe and made us miss our morning soak because it had to be drained, washed, refilled and heated back up. I was sad they didn't have security at night in such a sketchy area. I felt bad for all the workers there! Nobody deserve this and it could have been prevented.

I thought Jermy was a great employee. He helped us a lot at check in. The maintenance man also let my seven year old niece help feed the koi fish in the morning. Very friendly staff.

It was all fine.

A hearty breakfast was provided with lots of food choices including eggs, bacon or sausage, hard boiled eggs and make your own waffles. The room was clean and comfortable and had room for a desk as well as small dining table ad chairs.

Not the cleanest, feeling a little worn around the edges, breakfast pretty basic, but ok quality (off-season - probably didn't help!), door noise from adjacent places; given all this, not the least expensive in town, by a fair way.

We had room on first floor and one mattress definitely needed replaced as it was lumpy and big dip in middle.

Had to have a CO2 monitor fixed. Maintenance man just stood on a chair to reach with work boots on the seat. No wonder the chairs were worn out and broken down. Only worn items in the room. It also had a non functioning fireplace? That had a sign stating that. Kinda weird.

Good beds, clean and fairly quiet. Garden area was very nice. Staff was pleasant. Value was ok. Great restaurants within walking distance and a nice walking path close.

I booked a bay view. My second floor room only gave us a slice of the bay to view if standing in a certain Direction. I think I paid extra for this.

TV remote control was broken or the batteries need to be replaced as it was not easy to switch channels. The room had a constant unfresh smell even with open windows all day long.

Nice place close to the main places to visit in Eurika and nearby, as well as to a grocery store and some restaurants. Complementary nutritious breakfast, hot tubs, beautiful pond with fish on the premises.

need for more sound proof more and keep adding updates to the rooms I can tell you on the newest since January this year if you a professional person hanging curtains and valence you need help that person or persons go to room 202 the bedroom you’ll notice that valence and curtains lack any problem I’m a certified interior designer and I noticed flaw’s right away 1.valences not hung wrong Athena the curtains are not done the curtains don’t go all away on the window so there’s a strip where the CURTAINS AHOULD GO ALL THE WAY TO THE END HANGING RIGHT TO WHERE THE VALENCE IS AND ITS HUNG TO MUCH AT THE ClLOSET DOOR you need have a person go to every room and check to see if there’s a problem then the person ons that you paid to for c you paid for them to do a job and they should’ve seen the prescription and they should come back and fix all the problems (for free)

Not much choices of a healthy breakfast but it’s better compared to other hotel chains.

It was great that they can accommodate 5 adults not using a roller bed. Everyone in our group was comfortable sleeping on a cozy bed. Breakfast area is spacious.

All was good. But the carpets need a very good deep cleaning. My socks were very dirty after walking for all of 2 minutes while getting my sandals. Other than that the rest of the room was very tidy and clean

Parking was decent. The checkin process was seamless along with a very well and detailed check in paper with all the information you need includes breakfast times, checkin checkout times, wifi, room number etc.
