Really needs updating! Carpet does not match the drapes🤔 carpet looks like it is from hotel in Jamaica and drapes from the early 80's. Other than that, we had a large room, comfortable king bed, and love the location!

Rude/obnoxious man behind the counter. When I went to check in he stopped with the current person at the counter to tell me not only to move my truck where he wanted it but went on for 5 minutes on i must have booked online as he doesnt have a booking for me and that i should have called first and came to the counter to ask where i can park or if i had a room before i park and come in with my bag to check in. It was so awkward the lady in front of me apologized to me for his behavior. I never got to say a word after walking in except I said I apologized for parking and yes i did book on line. Don't think I will stay here again for sure.Very power trip of an attendant I watched him do similar be letting with people at check out while customers were eating breakfast.

The laundry was in an alcove outside, and looked dirty. The noise from the road was very loud all day and night from Semi-truck brakes.

The water pressure wasn’t the best and it had a somewhat run-down feel to it, but that’s to be expected with the price point so I wasn’t turned off by it. I had hoped to take a bath but it looked a bit too worn for my preference, and the noise of the cars sometimes carried over (but of course that’s not under their control)

The price point for the night gave the quality that was expected. Towels and bedding were clean. Staff was friendly and had a I had a quick check in and checkout with no issues!

The shampoo and body wash containers in bathroom were empty. I called the front office and he told me they didn't have any refills for it. He said housekeeping should have left shampoo and bar of soap. There were none. He told me he would have housekeeping bring me some. I ended up having to go to front office to get it myself after waiting for 35 minutes for them to bring it.

It was a comfortable stay, location was further out than I usually stay. Bucees was extremely close. Breakfast was waffles, cereal, bagels, muffins, coffee and juices. They are pet friendly, I didn't bring my pup with me this trip, but nice to know for future.

The vehicles going up to Buc-cee's it was very loud & unable to sleep cause of noise.

You could see updates have been done. One of the beds had stains on mattress pad dark enough to be seen thru sheet. The other bed had holes, possibly cigarette burns on side closest to wall. It appears as if only trying to do bare minimum renovations. Room smelled like smoke when we first got there, but there was an ashtray outside our room as well. Breakfast needs to be offered longer, at least until 10am. We also had people that left early early morning hours next to us and we're very loud. However, that's nothing to do with hotel.

Night staff at checkin had a video playing loud on her phone and I could not hear and understand she was asking for ID & CC. would not turn it off!!! TV remote would not work.

Road noise, traffic right next to Bucees is pretty bad. Not the hotel's fault but something to consider.

Cheapest in the area, doesn't allow locals to live here.

It had a bad smell when we first went in, not sure if it was from air conditioner or what. I couldn't hook my phone up to wifi, not sure why.

The whole place definitely needs a little cleaning up and updating. Elevator was a little iffy. Tv in our room barely worked, and it looked like the floors hadn’t been vacuumed. Room also smelled like a dog, had to spray air freshener.

Location was great, away from the crowds of rod run but still close to everything. Plenty of parking and comfortable beds.
