“This was our first experience of capsules and we liked the atmosphere, staff, cleanliness, overall great facilities. We could do our laundry at the premises which was really convenient. Had the best coffee ever downstairs and interacting with staff was wonderful as they’re genuinely friendly and helpful. Guests were respectful and quiet so we were able to relax and sleep soundly. There are various events if you’re staying in for the day. Amazing location, metro station around the corner and also famous Ben’s Chili Bowl just short walking distance away. Would be great if there was outdoor space that could be utilized if wanting to get some fresh air or if you’re a smoker to respectfully distance yourself from the premises and other guests.”
“The hotel is ok, clean und very well-located just two minutes from Union Station and in easy walking distance to the capitol and the national mall.”
“The location is great. The hotel staff is very friendly, as were the waitstaff in the restaurant. The business center is small but sufficient, very nice to have. Same for the gym.”
“Nice hotel, friendly staff. Great location for the capitol buildings and the national mall and museums.”
“I met a lot of new and interesting people. The staff were really helpful!”
“Old-style hotel with nice comfortable bed.”
“My mother and I had a delightful stay at the RIGGS. From the time we checked in until the end, we had an amazing experience. The comfort and cleanliness of the room, the super attentive staff, and the exquisite cuisine of Cafe Riggs made our experience remarkable in every way possible. RIGGS has become our hotel in DC.”
“Location, location, location”
“Great, quiet and safe location, nice streets, close to the metro. Helpful staff at the front door. Luggage storage available. Big, clean and bright room, big bathroom. Nice interior design. Modern A/C system.”
