destination reviews from real travelers

How does it work?

  • 1

    It starts with a booking

    It starts with a booking

The only way to leave a review is to first make a booking. That's how we know our reviews come from real guests who have stayed at the property.

  • 2

    Followed by a trip

    Followed by a trip

When guests stay at the property, they check out how quiet the room is, how friendly the staff is, and more.

  • And finally, a review

    And finally, a review

After their trip, guests tell us about their stay. We check for naughty words and verify the authenticity of all guest reviews before adding them to our site.

Top Countries

  • Comfort Bed Inn

    - “Excellent property, very Clean, very comfortable bed”

  • El Motor Inn

    - “Quite modern hotel in downtown MacQuarie with ample parking (garage and courtyard). We had a very friendly welcome and there was another guy from the staff we encountered several times and who was always willing to tell us something about the town or the animals we had seen around. The room was third floor, reachable by elevator and nice and comfortable. Comfy beds and a big bathroom. There's also a Cafe in the hotel that serves a nice breakfast. The hotel is in walking distance to everything in downtown and at the waterfront.”

  • Fast Sleep Suites by Slaviero Hoteis - Hotel dentro do Aeroporto de Guarulhos - Terminal 2 - desembarque oeste

    - “Conveniently located. Clean rooms. The room is more than enough for a night of sleep and a shower before boarding another flight. Highly recommend.”

  • Sandman Signature Calgary Downtown Hotel

    - “Nice place great reception”

  • Hotel Avalon

    - “Very clean and great location”

  • Condes de Barcelona

    - “The hotel was perfect. Location is right in between two metro stations that would take you anywhere you want. Staff were super helpful and friendly. The room was smartly designed and had everything we needed. We had a very pleasant stay here and would definitely book again when we're back in Barcelona.”

  • Les Destinées

    - “excellent location near center of Chinon. Flor was very responsive and made you feel comfortable. He offered insights as to what to do, chateau to visit and biking options. Breakfasts were great and had locally grown ingredients....”

  • Stunning 3-bed home in Anfield by 53 Degrees Property, Ideal For Big Groups, FREE parking!

    - “Location was great. Close to the football ground and not far away from the centre. Accommodation was very comfortable. Checking in and out was also very simple and easy. Would definitely coming back in the future.”

  • Kidonias apartment

    - “This apartment was perfect. Clean, comfortable and modern. With everything you could possibly need, and more. A really good shower and air con. You can watch YouTube on the TV. It was the little touches, like the sweets and coffee, the new wrapped sponge, first aid and sewing kit, lovely dishes and glassware, mugs, and pots. The bed was super comfortable with quality bedding, and the location was excellent. 4 mins walk from the bus station, and 2 mins from the main street to the old Town. I loved sitting on the balcony and watching the world go by.”

  • Tejaprana Bisma - CHSE Certified

    - “The friendliest staff, all over the property. Our villa was perfect. Private and comfortable. Best part is you can walk to anywhere in Ubud. If you haven't been to Ubud yet, trust me, being able to walk is a major plus. Traffic can get pretty crazy there. The restaurants along Monkey Forest are awesome and only take about 10 min to walk to. Even being in Ubud area, once you get on property, you don't hear any traffic noise, just the wonderful sounds of the jungle. We have been to Ubud 3 times, and while everywhere we stayed was nice, this was by far the best. We would for sure stay here again.”

  • Hotel Regina Simius

    - “Everything is good. Modern facility. Immaculate. Excellent breakfast. Including a whole grain croissant, that tasted fantastic The staff are very helpful and got me out of a bind. Thank you very much.”

  • APA Hotel Asakusa Tawaramachi Ekimae

    - “For context, I am not super picky when it comes to accommodation. Please keep that in mind as you read. I stayed in the APA Hotel in Tawaramachi for two weeks, and was very happy with what was provided. The room itself was very clean, (I did check somewhat thoroughly) and the bathroom was also nice and clean. I will WARN you though, the rooms area/size is very compact, I did do home workouts in the room everyday and I am not a tall guy but the only place I could fit myself was the hallway leading to the bed. Please keep that in mind before you book. The bathroom is also very compact. I’m not sure how much that would matter to a taller person, but if you are taller please remember that. As for room service, they will clean your room every three days from check in. If you want your room cleaned sooner, you can put a green sticker on the door notifying the cleaning staff. I’m not sure if there is more than one guy doing it, but the one guy that I met doing the cleaning for my room was very nice and although his English was very little he was very nice and patient. (Although to be fair I only didn’t understand him for the first day, I do speak a bit of Japanese so it just took me a minute to register what he was saying.) For a bonus, there is a microwave on the top floor which you can use and a vending machine with water, green tea, coffee and beer. No soft drink or anything like that so if your kid reads theres a vending machine don’t get them too excited lol. I did not try the onsen (public bath) in the building, but it seemed very popular with both foreigners and Japanese guests. The location is also extremely convenient. You have access to the ginza line which is across the street, which can take you to many notable locations (shibuya, ginza, akihabara, ueno, etc) and a couple minutes away are the asakusa line (skytree, and more) and odeo line (shinjuku, and more).”

  • Bizzhotel

    - “The bed is big, room is spacious.”

  • Casa de Cacela

    - “great place for relaxing!”

  • AMAKS Russia Hotel

    - “It was not our first experience of AMAKS Rossiya, but this time everything was exceptional: friendly and helpful staff, perfect location, big fully renovated room (family studio, river view, balcony), exceptional cleanliness, very tasty breakfast, small patio inside the hotel and many other nice things”

  • Hilton Pattaya

    - “Location and well Maintained room Amazing breakfast”

  • NOA - Ali Hoca 6

    - “This was the most wonderful stay I've booked on this platform. Beautiful rooms, new and spatious, and facing an inner courtyard where you can admire a whisteria plant and the cats hanging around the nearby roof. The two bathrooms are an amazing perk for travelling families or couples. Toiletries smelled amazing 😲 You will find everything you need at this stay, from kitchenware and appliances to even a vacuum cleaner! The location is great too, in a vibrant part of the city, brimming with coffee places, shops and restaurants. It felt safe for 2 traveling women ( extra safe since the accomodation has 24 security) and it is also close to several bus stops. There is no reception per se, but the host provided all the info we required.”

  • Fountain Beach Resort - Daytona Beach

    - “Very clean, everyone was so helpful! Great location!”

The beds we’re comfortable. The breakfast was decent. Coffee was great. Located very close to downtown South Haven. The staff was extremely friendly, but not in a bad way.

Bright sunlight coming into breakfast room causing my husband and I not to sit across of each other and stare longingly into each other’s eyes. Lol. But seriously, maybe real sun blocking curtains and not just diffusing ones.

We were not bothered by this but the lack of an elevator might be a problem for some people.

Come to find out our shower was broken. Did not have time to call and wait for Maintenance seeing that we were on a time crunch and would be checking out soon. Brought it up to the young lady at the desk and her demeanor was very condescending. Did not show any empathy, very rude in fact. I did not appreciate her at all and definitely did not provide quality customer service that a Hotel should uphold.

Employee named Pritta was the only positive thing about this hotel!

    • Negative section of review

This hotel has a lot of things that negatively affected our stay and caused us additional unnecessary stress and tension during a very difficult time for my family and I! Their daily maintainance of the property is sub par and disappointing! The staff attitudes and ways of dealing with issues were all met with very stern, unfriendly responses and not willing to be flexible as far as customer service issues! They advertise free amenities, however, the Wi-Fi wasn’t available when we arrived and wasn’t fixed for over a week stay. The hours stated for pool, breakfast & gym are not always consistent with reality. The management shuts down access without any notice and makes no exceptions for those who have paid to utilize those amenities! Very frustrating to plan to use the pool only to find that management locked up and closed pool earlier than posted and far earlier than hours posted on website! Their key cards never worked for more than one time usage, card stops working right after they scan them, very frustrating to get up to room and you have to go right back down to have front desk scan again and again just to get in and out of your room! We were forced to vacate our room with for housekeeping to clean our room when we specifically stated we would prefer to do it due to one persons stress triggered disability condition & our child’s panic attacks/ anxiety triggered medical conditions. They refused to be flexible at all and we were forced to vacate the room for over 3 hours time span while they took their time to finish and we waited in the Texas heat for them to allow us back in the room again! There was one and only one bright and shiny star at this hotel and she is the only reason we chose to give this hotel a chance to show us they were worthy of a second chance and that was the front desk manager Pritta, she’s so dedicated to this place and always has a smile on her face! She responds to you from her personal phone even when it’s her day off!

Staff, graveyard staff was certainly sleeping, had me standing by the reception desk for a solid 30 min before they came out the back, worker looked confused. Booked a night through here, the worker was advising that they had to charge an extra night, after I told them I only needed 1 night. They couldn’t help me with that situation. Ended up leaving and going to another hotel near by.

Not staffed after 9pm or so. The door locks malfunction often, I returned to the hotel at 10pm and was locked out all night since no staff were available to help me. This seems to be a common problem based on reviews.
