      We liked the location and Bethany Beach in general. It was quiet, except for the construction but that can’t be helped and it wasn’t at bad times. The space felt private. The couch was clean and comfortable. Kitchen was nice too. The personal touches with the towels were nice as well. The pools were also nice and locker rooms were clean. We also didn’t realize that this property actually gets booked through Vacasa. We’ve never used them before. There were $125 worth of hidden fees that you’re told about after booking. Paid to the property. This is basically hidden information on Booking and is probably a Vacasa issue. However it should be noted on Booking that it’s through Vacasa. They (Vacasa) will drive you absolutely nuts with many many emails a day and text messages leading up to your stay. They’re very repetitive and unnecessary.

      The master bed mattress was terrible. Both of us didn’t sleep well and our backs were really messed up the entire time. The condo could’ve been a little cleaner as well. The couch and chair haven’t been moved in a long time to clean. We had to move the chair aside because it was in the way. With little kids there’s no room in the living room for kids with two coffee tables. The living room rug was also very dirty and smelled.

      Breakfast - no plates and no eggs. Both attendants were chatting in the lounge area and I had to ask them to get more plates and eggs. Plates arrived eggs did not. Had a waffle.

      This place is basically a motel reeks of marijuana, the mattress is extremely dirty stained and all. The bathroom mirror was broken and had tape covering the missing glass, the remote was broken to pieces but still worked. The shower walls were still semi dirty . The front desk was rude and not helpful at all.

      The size of the room.

      Lack of cleanliness and proper customer service. We arrived after midnight as our plane was delayed. We realized that the sheets and comforter had strong body odor, but did not want to fuzz about it because it was too late. We slept on the bed after covering it with towels. Reported this issue around 10 am and left the room shortly after. We returned at 7:30 pm and the bed had not been changed. We complained again and the personnel had problems to understand the seriousness of this issue. The gentleman at the front desk had to come to the room to smell the stinky sheets himself before they proceeded to change the bed. Left a message for the manager to call me, no call received. Alos, sent a message to the property. I truly believe that a partial refund would be fair.
