      Aesthetic was cool and location was perfect for where we needed to go. Decent ventilation and front desk staff very friendly.

      Cleaning Staff didn’t change sheets or clean room everyday. On our last night these guests were super drunk and kept slamming themselves against the door and running in the hall. The hotel front desk took very good care of us and ensured we were escorted out safely. Security guard was super friendly and made us feel safe.

      No signs explaining that x x x days had happy hours x-x time. We were told when we checked in we’re surprised that there was no sign and then when we did have been across a happy hour, we didn’t know when it ended. No signage saying when breakfast would start and each day. I would get up to get more coffee and the staff would say oh breakfast is over. Ug. Breakfast was boring and could use some jazzing up. Same blueberry muffins every day. No signage during all 6 days on what the food was and the ingredients. The pantry’s snack selection was very poor. And these are all the easy fixes.

      The dirty bedroom we walked into on the first night. There was liquid of some sort between the night stands and the bathroom was not very clean. Kristen “cleaned” the room and it was not clean. The bed near the door was so dirty on multiple areas of the cover and under that it was not used.

      Next to train tracks that blow whistles all night long. Very run down. Bed smaller then a queen and harder then a rock. Stinks like cigarettes. An extra $50, charged ahead of stay they say they will reimburse after maid checks room at end of stay. Homeless shelter on 3rd level. Sketchy parking lot. Photo on site clearly from long ago. Would NEVER have booked this room. Can't believe it is listed on Booking.

      Room upgraded by hotel. No AC. Had to change rooms. Total attitude by staff when told AC was not working. Moved to another room. Left at 8am. Returned at 9:30pm. Room never cleaned. Called front desk. Said they were busy that day. No one was available to clean that late. Then someone showed, straightened the sheets, gave us towels and left. Horrible service
