      Booked in and asked for a quiet room. Went to 1st room given and a/c heater was very noisy and located next to vending & ice machine as well. Went back to desk and explained, she gave us another room. Went in to check and dirty wash cloth was by the sink, bathroom floor dirty, sheets on bed stained/dirty, light switch dirty, took pictures, went back to desk and ask for $$$ back on credit card and left. Clerk said very sorry and she would credit us. The Quality in Lumberton needs a big big wake up call to there cleaning and standards-can’t imagine anyone wanting to stay in a place like that…just awful

      A thorough top to bottom cleaning, staff training or retraining, and management paying attention to cleanliness!! You can do better, you definitely need to up your standards, and no one should have to stay on a dirty place!!

      We loved everything about this property and will definitely stay here again if available. It was well laid out, bright colors and clean and fresh. Not overdone but literally just right. It felt like coming home. Great location also.

      Well located, beautiful property. We stayed in Room 3 - gorgeous bathroom with stand alone tub, huge shower and private commode. Bed was so comfortable and service was friendly and attentive!

      Property was clean and very minimalistic. Quiet family oriented neighborhood. Near groceries, shopping, and restaurants.

      No control over temperature. I understand why the host prefers to have the control and asks you to message if you want the temperature changed, but I don’t like bothering owners while I’m on vacation. Pool is not close… unfortunately did not get access to it.

      The property looked very nice on the outside, however the inside was not the same.

      We found mold all over our pillows and in the room. We had a late check in around 11:30 pm and left to explore the beach. The office closed at 12 am. When we woke up and started putting things away to check out we turned our pillows over as we all felt sick and had trouble breathing and seen the mold on the other side. We went to the office to let them know and to ask for either a full or partial refund and they told us that we should have went back when we checked in. However the office closes at 12 so we couldn’t have and no one expects to find mold in their motel room so we didn’t see it until the next day. The guy up front kept arguing and telling us it was not their fault and that it was bookings but the mold was in their motel and they change the sheets. Then he told us a lady would come and talk to us instead and so we waited for about 30 minutes before he gave us a card and said we’d get our money back and a call. I never received a call or a refund. Having mold is a health hazard and we are all still feeling sick.

      The absolute worst Hyatt place location is right here in Columbus, Georgia. Every single front desk employee I encountered on three separate occasions stand at the front like zombies and don’t know what they’re doing. I ended up paying twice for an extra day because of their incompetence. I wanted to extend for an extra day and the person told me I need to do it on Booking.com, which is nonsense. But I did it anyway. Once I booked, my payment was automatically taken by the hotel when I went down to ask for another room key a different front desk employee told me that I needed to pay again and they charged me , an additional deposit an additional fee for the exact same day that I paid for. Since I was her in a hurry, trying to get to a funeral I gave my information again so To check out of the room. This is the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. These people aren’t helpful at all. I couldn’t charge drinks to my room Because their systems were allegedly down. What and who actually works here ???? They have zero customer service skills and don’t know how to do anything except stare at you like you have three heads when you’re trying to do something simple like check in or extend a reservation. On my initial check-in date, I had trouble understanding the front desk attendant who barely speaks English. I politely asked her to repeat herself a couple of times because I didn’t understand what she was saying. And she had the nerve to get impatient with me. It’s not my fault that I can’t understand what she said. Furthermore, she complicated my reservation and told me I couldn’t check in because there was more than one reservation under my name. again, absolute nonsense. another front desk employee was able to step in and assist me getting checked in after all of this unnecessary drama.
