The house was great: the decor is awesome, the coffee and tea was wonderful in the morning, fridge space was ample. My 87-year-old mother was a little worried about the long flight of stairs to the second floor... but she did fine. We liked the location since we had family that lives within 1.5 miles in Fishtown- very convenient. Nice upgrade offer from Becca via text was nice, we opted out though since it was on the 3rd floor (more stairs!).

Parking at night is crazy- but that's Philly. You just have to drive around and hope you get lucky. Most nights (around 9-10 pm) I drove around for about 10 minutes and parked 2 to 6 blocks away. Construction and one-way streets at night are a challenge, but it's doable. I would say the neighborhood parking is the biggest downside- adjust your expectations and you'll be fine.

It's a comfortable and pretty property. The room was very clean, comfortable and the bed was cozy. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was simple, but had many choices.

We loved everything except 2 minor things.....the smell of the room. It smelled like someone sprayed many different room deodorizers, and it was gross. But, after opening up the patio door and leaving it open for the night while we went to dinner with nearby family, it aired out enough that it was much more tolerable. The second thing, is the fridge/freezer being off upon check-in. It took all evening to get cold once we turned it on, so our fresh food items we brought with us from the local grocery, went bad. However, we'll return again if needing a hotel again near the family.

Water was hot. Room clean. Staff friendly. Only downfall is no breakfast on site. The free original pancakes across the street do not include free milk. Value was good. Would stay again.

on Sunday night the restaurant was not open. When I stayed at another location on a Sunday night, the restaurant was not open, but you could order from the menu. I was told when I booked at Westfield the restaurant would be open. That was disappointing. Has I passed by several restaurants on my way to the hotel.

I wish I could give zero stars. I’m not one to complain. I was nearly in tears having to complain this time. But I had no choice. I checked into this motel Saturday, 4 May 2024. I got the key and went up to the room. Something told me to leave all of my stuff except my purse in the car. I am so glad I did. I walked in the room and was greeted by hot, stale air. I went over to the AC and turned it on 3 times. Each time it immediately kicked back off. The unit was disgusting. I pulled the comforter back and the sheets were gross. Dirt, hair, stains. Stains all over the comforter. The doors were gross with handprints. I walked into the bathroom and tub was disgusting. No way I could bring my kids in here. I immediately went down and complained and checked out. Representative told me she could check me out, but I’d have to call booking.com for the refund. She wasn’t surprised at all by my complaints. Just made a note and checked me out. I only thought to take pictures of the bed, AC unit and Tub, but trust me the whole room was disgusting. I called booking.com and they tried to call to speak with a representative several times and no one answered. Here it is now Friday 10 May 2024, and I have no refund and no answer about how we are resolving this. I’m out $133 for a room that I was in for maybe 10 minutes because it was so bad. I have an invoice from Motel 6 saying I checked right back out and it shows the amount I paid in parentheses, meaning credit, but I sure don’t have the money. Calling booking.com again now, but I wouldn’t recommend this motel to ANYONE!
