How does it work?

  • 1

    It starts with a booking

    It starts with a booking

The only way to leave a review is to first make a booking. That's how we know our reviews come from real guests who have stayed at the property.

  • 2

    Followed by a trip

    Followed by a trip

When guests stay at the property, they check out how quiet the room is, how friendly the staff is, and more.

  • And finally, a review

    And finally, a review

After their trip, guests tell us about their stay. We check for naughty words and verify the authenticity of all guest reviews before adding them to our site.

  • Stefanosplace ApartHotel Sea View

    - “We had a wonderful stay at Stefanos' place - Jo and all of the staff were so welcoming! We discovered that the restaurant is not like a typical hotel afterthought, it's a beautiful stand-alone taverna with lots of delicious options for lunch and/or dinner until late in the evening, along with breakfast the next morning. There is a stunning sea view from both inside the restaurant and outside, on the multi-level patio (the rooms are behind it, further up the hill). Speaking of the hill, it is a rather steep one! We discovered that after we picked up our rental car near the airport then drove the half hour to check out the place for lunch on the way to Kalami - we had to turn off the air conditioning for our little Peugeot 208 to make it up the driveway. :-)”

  • The Pavilion Hotel Kuta

    - “The vibes, the location. We are 2 muslim travellers and to our surprise, it's very easy to find local halal food nearby. If you happened to stay here, you ought to try the satay madurah on the street junction. The staff was very helpful and friendly too.”

    - “We loved this naturist-friendly B&B! The facility is a large villa, with 5 rooms, a large shared living room and kitchen, great patio, sundeck, pool and hot tub. The owners, Roland and Ina, do everything personally. Guests are welcomed with a bottle of wine the first night. Every morning, they set out a full breakfast including coffee, fruit, cheese, yogurt, eggs, and breads. Guests can use the frig and kitchen as needed. There are a lot of restaurants and beaches close by. Everyone was super friendly and welcoming, and, of course, the pool and outdoor grounds are clothing-optional.”

It was right next to the Gainbridge Fieldhouse which was super convenient for the concert we were attending. It was clean and nice. There was a worker named Greg who went above and beyond he was super nice and told us if we needed anything to let him know. I believe he was a housekeeper.

The pivot bar service was horrible. I went with my husband to get a few drinks before the concert and the guy that was bartending kept ignoring me but would serve my husband and everyone else. He finally got me a rum and coke that tasted like it had absolutely no rum in it. I tried to order another drink and he took my order 3 times twice by me and once by my husband trying to order for me and never got it but resumed going and asking anyone else if they wanted a drink and serving them as soon as they asked. My husband finally asked for the check and the man said “does she still want that other drink?” It was extremely and blatantly rude. I can’t think of his name but he was serving on May 11th around 7. He definitely needs to work on his people skills and doing his job.

The location was great, considering we were there for a Braves game. The staff was nice. There were 4 of us staying together (my husband and I, and our daughter and son-in-law) and sharing a room was more economical than paying for 2 rooms. The room was just big enough for us.

      1) I had to pay for parking!!!! It was $12 per day ($24 total) and taken out of my deposit. When we checked in, the guy asked me if we had our own transportation or had taken a taxi, Uber, etc. I told him I had my own car. He said I'd need a parking space and gave me the price. I asked if there was anywhere else I could park, and he informed me that the surrounding areas were the same. We travel a LOT and have NEVER had to pay to park!!!! 2) There was no in-room coffee or microwave. There weren't even complimentary beverages in the hotel lobby. There was a Starbucks, and of course, you have to pay an arm and a leg and give them your first born for a medium plain coffee. Now, the hotel store prices for drinks or snacks were insane! Two 20 oz bottled drinks were $10!!!! I know prices are higher in hotels, but that's ridiculous! 3) At night, the lobby turned into a party gathering area! I just don't have the words to explain how unprofessional it made the hotel look. I understand that most of the people were waiting for Uber rides. But the way they were gathered in the lobby and how loud they were was uncalled for. Having to say excuse me just to squeeze through to get to the elevator is NOT what you'd think you would have to do in any hotel. We had stayed at the Sonesta- Nashville International Airport location for 2 nights prior to going to the location in Atlanta. There was the shock factor between the two!

My go to place to stay for a quick Disneyland trip. Walking distance to the parks, food and stores. I really like the microwave and mini refrigerator in the room. As a solo traveler I feel safe here.

I didn’t like that I got charged for already stained towels, also didn’t like the fact that staff was ok with a drunk guy walking around the hotel in his underwear bothering people and when I told front desk they said it’s ok I already talked to him, they are the only one that can control him but apparently not if he was walking around like that, This was by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed at and I will never stay here nor recommend to anyone‼️
