I think there is only 7-8 villas in the hotel so it is very quite. You can take sup or canoe and row to the small island 2 km away - very nice experience. The stuff is amazing.”

The room, pools, grounds, beach, restaurants and resort as a whole was exceptionally clean. The gardens were beautifully manicured and it was a joy strolling through them to the beach. There was a wide range of foods at all mealtimes and the food was, on the whole, quite good. The shower was nice and hot with good water pressure. There were a range of activities on offer during our stay which we enjoyed. There was a farewell lounge with great facilities for showering/freshening up post-checkout.”

      November and clean they have to switch your room to another room over TV with them button work and the room was really really nasty it was really bad and we asked for room to be clean and the paper towel was the maids couldn't speak English so they didn't clean it so I advise everybody don't stay there because he really bad I wasn't able to stay there again the booking.com they great

      Staying at this hotel has been nothing short of disappointing. From the moment you walk in, the staff's demeanor is far from welcoming. They seem oblivious to the basic principles of hospitality, failing to even acknowledge a simple greeting with a response. Instead of a warm "Hi, how can I help you?" you're met with a cold stare. As if the lackluster service wasn't enough, the rooms are plagued with cockroaches, despite supposed pest control efforts. It's unsettling to say the least. And if that wasn't bad enough, basic amenities like the faucet are left broken, despite repeated requests for repairs falling on deaf ears. On top of everything else, the hotel's cleanliness policy, promising a weekly cleaning, proved to be yet another disappointment. Despite this assurance, during our three-week stay, they only came to clean once. This neglect left the room accumulating dirt and discomfort, further adding to our dissatisfaction with the overall experience. It's disheartening to see such a disregard for basic standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. To top it off, stepping outside reveals an unpleasant surprise – the grounds littered with pet waste, hardly the environment one would expect from a reputable establishment. It's clear that this hotel falls short in every aspect of guest experience, leaving much to be desired and ample reason for complaint.
