Arriving a couple hours before check-in, we were able to leave our bags in the lobby and park our car in the lot for free before heading to Disneyland! Saved us some money (versus having to park at the Disney lots). Staff were friendly and provided complimentary drinks which was awesome. The room was nice and clean- comfortable beds. I'd definitely stay here again! It was a comfortable and affordable stay.

Staff friendly and kind. Unexpected! Was drying with a towel after a shower, just grabbed from the folded towel, when I looked after rubbing it on my body it had red large blood hand print, unbelievably gross!! There is no way someone would have missed that the blood was on that towel but folded it and left it on the shelf.

Mold in the window, and bathroom. Fridge had the last groups leftovers in it. Couldn’t get the cool air to kick on kept blowing hot. The window would’ve been nice to keep open for a breeze but unfortunately there was no screen in it?!

There is hardly anyone at the reception, you don’t feel the hospitality at all. We arrived late and announced the hotel through bookings. Nobody responded to confirm so we had to call the hotel again. The receptionist told us he will give us a quiet room. However, the room was just across from the laundry room. Food is not of good quality and not a good selection. The ladies kept bringing a little bit of food at a time and not looking happy.

Rooftop bar completely closed for private function. Not posted on website…which the staff checked and confirmed at the hotel. Rooftop was a major reason for staying there. I was very polite with staff. I was clear I didn’t expect them to ‘fix’ it during my 1 night stay but I did request an address to write to where I would seek some sort of mitigation. They were unable to provide an address - stating they had to consult with management. I then requested, and they agreed, to provide details under my door later that evening. No details were provided. I was in a rush next day and didn’t have time to address with staff. Very disappointing - especially as a virgin Atlantic gold member and longtime advocate for the brand. Wasn’t even asked - nor could I get an answer whether the loyalty schemes cross over so not even sure if I miss out on points or not etc. So - overall- hotel fine but service to address my concerns was disappointing.
