There is only wifi available in this shared communal area, but it worked like a dream. And it was nice being disconnected otherwise! The staff were amazing!! They were accommodating and communicative. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Cooinda lodge is one of my favourite places I’ve ever stayed. Highly recommend.”

      Everything was fabulous except for that kitchen help. The front desk staff was awesome. but that kitchen help really need some serious customer service training, He was not customer service friendly at all, He didn't smile, didnt greet the guest when they entered the diner, and just was just plain rude. I mentioned abouut the coffee being cold and he responded "it must not be too cold cause it's empty" . Well it was the Decaf coffee which he didn't bother to ask which it was. I did address with the front desk staff they were very nice and apologized. I had other family members staying here as well and they expressed the same concern about him not being polite and being rude. Just another opportunity for some addtional training and much room for growth.

      If there were some benchs out front to sit on would have been nice. We waited outside for our ride to come, but there was nowhere to sit....it was a beautiful day out and preferred being outside while waiting on our transportation. Also there was cups in the fitness center but no water jug, no towels or wipes to wipe down equipment and no hand sanitizer ....just all those things you expect to be in a fitness center besides the equipment was missing. No working ice machines on the floors, had to go to 1st floor to use that ice machine.

      I have already filled out a survey but I will say it again. This was one of the worst nights I have spent in a hotel. There is absolutely no sound insulation between the rooms. We were kept awake most of the night due to extremely loud guests in nearby room.

      Hotel room was set up well for flow. Bed pillows and linen were very comfortable. Loved the location and the method of shampoo/conditioner/body lotion and hand soap.

      Overnight clerk took it upon herself to cancel my reservation. I was an overnight front desk for years and know the job. This girl had no clue canceled my reservation then tried charging me double for the wrong day while I was there. My check in time was on my reservation and instead of contacting me she canceled it and refused to make it right. She probably didn't know how but she was rude incorrect and lazy. She needs to be fired. She obviously has no clue how to do her job. You NEVER cancel a customer's reservation. She could have called me to get payment if she was in that big of a hurry to close out the day I have never had a hotel cancel my reservation on me it was insane. Especially motel 6 where you leave the light on . I have never experienced such an inconsiderate person that refused to fix her mistake. I stay at hotels several times a week always put next day check in and have never had an issue. I normally check in between 2-4am check out at 11am the only reason I get a room is because I am disabled and have to put my legs up for a couple hours. It is very important for my health. I can't have front desk canceling my reservation because they are to lazy to call me or scared to speak to customers. Front desk is not for her.
