I think there is only 7-8 villas in the hotel so it is very quite. You can take sup or canoe and row to the small island 2 km away - very nice experience. The stuff is amazing.”

The room, pools, grounds, beach, restaurants and resort as a whole was exceptionally clean. The gardens were beautifully manicured and it was a joy strolling through them to the beach. There was a wide range of foods at all mealtimes and the food was, on the whole, quite good. The shower was nice and hot with good water pressure. There were a range of activities on offer during our stay which we enjoyed. There was a farewell lounge with great facilities for showering/freshening up post-checkout.”

      It was close to everything we wanted to see and do. The room was spacious with a really big closet, but above all clean. The pool area was a plus!! Also, having the front doors locked and only accessible for guests staying during the night hours was a great touch that I had never experienced before..I loved it!!!

      There was left over food in the fridge and bottles of alcohol left from the guest prior. Wish they would had more options for breakfast. The hot tub was being taken out.

      No address or entry code provided. I had to call and wait on hold. Hallway was flooded when we arrived. No water in the pool! No internet or TV. A repair person came on the 2nd day. Dirty and in poor condition.

      Kitchenette cabinet below sink was covered in mold, lighting looked as though it was falling out of ceiling, no balcony door would lock, weather stripping on bedroom balcony door was rotted off and there was a gap letting in cold air. Heating system couldn’t control bedroom and tv room, bathroom was covered In hair when we arrived. Never enough hot water, turned water off for a few hours one day ( no big deal) the next day they were constantly setting off the fire alarm. Toilet paper holder had metal rings sticking out that would cut your finger if you weren’t looking. My puppy also found a pair of socks in the couch. I have emailed the GM twice regarding these issues and still no response . If I do t from someone by 12:00 Monday I will co fact my credit card company

      This shouldn’t be a pay to park hotel. They don’t provide parking passes for people to hang or display on their dashboards to keep track, so anyone can park and leave freely even if not a hotel guest. Upon checkout I was asked about if we’d had a car there and we were charged (I could’ve simply said no). There was no notification that the pool wasn’t open. Their website says open year round and I specifically booked for the pool. A notice of there being a closure for maintenance during specific dates would have been helpful for me to decide if we wanted to stay there. Was very frustrated to be initially given a king room suite when I specifically booked a double queen for our family of four. Upon returning to front desk to fix the issue, I received a response as if I was wrong, then was told we could be moved to their last double queen suite as if they were doing me a favor. I double checked my booking and it absolutely shows the double queen suite. I’d done a lot of research to find one in that area for our specific dates with a pool only to be given the wrong room to start and learn that the pool was not open/available.
