      The staff were so helpful, friendly, and cheerful! The location was perfect as it was in walking distance to everything! We had a bayside view room and the sunset views were spectacular. The chairs and swings were very relaxing to sit on and chat. Room was very clean and bed was comfortable.

      The floor, bathroom, shower, shower curtain, stove and bed linen no extra towels unapproachable staff the balcony the air conditioner was leaking water black mold was on the all around it we stayed out the room to prevent becoming ill. This was a very bad experience. Also I was not aware that there was not a greeting staff. The website should be very clear that you will not have any staff to assist you with anything.
