      I had an issue with the internet, and it was ultimately my computer's fault, not the hotel's fault. However, the hotel had two wifis, one by the lobby that my computer connected to, and one in my room that my computer did not connect to. I asked if it was possible to change rooms to be closer to the wifi that worked. The woman owner was already annoyed because I'd asked for help more than once. She told me no, that they were larger rooms, and it was my computer's fault, not her internets fault. When I tried to explain that I booked the room for the internet, and one of the internets was working and the other wasn't, she got incredibly hostile towards me, borderline yelled at me, scolded me for blaming her internet, and adamantly repeated that she would not give me another room.

      It was bad enough to the point that I calmly told her she didn't have to get hostile with me and that I never pushed needing a new room, that I understand where she was coming from with that, I was just trying to find a solution for the internet. She said her son or husband would help me. Ultimately, I figured it out myself. I had to reset my network settings on my computer, and it worked, but to her son's credit, he did come to my room to help. He also checked me in and was incredibly courteous, patient, and nice. The issue here isn't my computer, though. It's how this woman was so quick to talk down to me. I wouldn't even talk to my friends the way she spoke to me, no less my customers--unless my customers were being rude, disruptive, or yelling, which I wasn't. I was just asking for help. I can't imagine how she would have reacted had I even slightly raised my voice or gotten a fraction as defensive as she did towards me. Ma'am, you seriously need to work on your customer service. You own a hotel. And after reading the reviews (which I should have done before I booked), it's clear I'm not the only one who feels this way. Your establishment doesn't make your guests feel comfortable. In fact, I've never had such a negative experience at a hotel. It was unnecessary and uncalled for. I didn't feel like a guest. I felt like a burden. Also, the bathroom towel was child-sized and the fridge smelled. On a positive note, your son was great, though. Very gracious, kind, and willing to help me, even when I was annoying with my questions. He exercised top-notch customer service. You could take a page out of his book. Good luck to you.

      Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was massive, super comfortable, and clean. I felt very comfortable. I've been driving cross country and trying to stay at places under a hundred dollars a night. This was the first hotel on my trip within my budget where I didn't feel the need to block the door with a chair. I had a great nights sleep. The breakfast was an added plus.

      The wifi went out during cloud coverage, but that was no one's fault, and ultimately not an issue. When I called the staff to ask about it, they were patient and nice.

      I've stayed here twice now. The first time wasn't all that bad, but I sure didn't mean to repeat the experience. I just made a mistake on my return trip and booked online when tired from driving all day.

      My room and my experience this time were not good at all. The furnishings and carpet were so old that it was impossible to tell if they were clean. The pillows were lumpy, as was the mattress pad. The top sheet was so threadbare that I was afraid I would tear it with my toes. When I took my dog out for a walk, the man who checked me in came out and said i couldn't walk him around the little patch of sparse, weedy grass and rose bushes out front. It was pretty pitiful, and was literally the only greenery I could see for blocks (see photo that i really took to send to friends as a laugh). The motel is on the main drag, with no services nearby. There are no trees, bushes or grass. I ended up paying more for this very shabby motel room with unfriendly staff and no breakfast than I did at the very pleasant Super 8 in Bakersfield a couple of nights later. That stay included breakfast.

      We had great Privacy. I loved how the rooms Were separated. The jacuzzi was relaxing. Loved the outside living area with the tv. I laid there with my kids to relax and watch a couple movies.

      It stated 4 beds if needed but in reality it’s two queen, about a twin size sofa bed and a toddler mattress. Also a really bad smell that would not go away in the kitchen area, it was overwhelming.

      The only standout thing about this hotel is the location. The beds were comfortable. Everything else was average.

      Check in staff ok. Check out person Dennis was very nice. No vending machines. No convenience store type area to purchase snacks, drinks. Just the very small section attached to the front desk with limited drink choices. Bathroom was unimpressive.
