We loved the location, right on the beach. The staff was amazing! Honestly, it was one of the cleanest resorts I've ever stayed at. We will definitely be coming back.

Location is great, and it's a good value for the price. Housekeeping always kept us stocked with towels and other things we needed!

The hotel is a bit outdated, and could definitely use a renovation for the rooms. Carpets are old and stained. Quiet time also is not enforced - people all around us were loud for the entire night.

I was a 70 year old, handicapped woman staying alone on a rainy weekend. I use a rolling walker to walk and carry any luggage, etc that I may have with me. When returning to the hotel after 11:00 pm on Saturday night, I was able to find a handicapped parking spot in the back lot which was very convenient and close to the elevator. However, when I went out to load my car before checking out the next morning after a night of light rain, there was dog feces from some inconsiderate guest that had broken up and washed into the entire area of the parking lot on the driver’s side of my car. It was nearly impossible to step around or steer my walker through to load or get into my car. Luckily, on my second trip down to load my car, I noticed a hose curled up on the ground near my car and I was able to wash it away the mess. I’m sure that security footage would verify my experience. I have to say that I thoroughly enjoyed my stay until this point and that the inconsiderate guest is at fault. But I spent over $450 for my weekend stay and I think it is appalling that a 70 year old, handicapped woman should have to hose down the parking lot to get to her car. The fact that the hose was there makes me think that this is a regular occurrence and hotel staff should have been on top of the problem. With the amount of feces that was there, it was obvious that more than one pile had accumulated throughout the night and morning. Maybe multiple dogs. There was no mess there when I parked the night before. It put a damper on my otherwise very enjoyable stay.

Shower was missing fixture, lamp was broken, no air conditioner, not enough outlets (the lamps and coffee makers wouldn't reach the outlets), ceiling fan didn't work and the room smelled funny.
