The pillows were the worst pillows I've ever used. I had to keep rotating them throughout the night, waking me up, (or day when laying in bed on my phone) because they quickly turned into the hardest and flatest bricks. The bed was very uncomfortable. The lights were unbearably bright blue-white. Even with the dimmer, they were unusable at night due to the color and there were no lamps. The bathroom fan is connected to the light and was incredibly loud (unusable had I had roommates). There was a window in the bathroom, but I could not leave it open due to there being no screen. I stayed two nights and got little sleep. They started sweeping right outside my door before 9 am. As there was absolutely no noise insulation between the room and outside, it woke me up and continued until I was no longer able to justify returning to sleep. I could hear everything outside, including my neighbors coming and going for hours late at night and their every word. The noise of their door opening and closing obnoxiously reverberated into my room every time, beyond any hotel I have ever experienced (and I travel a lot at "cheap" hotels). If it had been "cheap", that would have *maybe* been acceptable, but it was quite expensive. Especially considering that under the sink was dirty and the freezer portion of the refrigerator was disgusting (in fact, there was a half melted icecream left in the freezer, which rendered it unusable). Unfortunately, I could not voice my complaints because their was no phone in the room (or a clock for that matter). I could not make noise complaints or ask for additional housekeeping without leaving my room, which I felt scared to do alone at night. Nor could the office contact me without coming to my door, which had no peephole or door chain, possibly putting me in a dangerous situation. Frankly, I want a partial refund, as I barely slept and had to rely on my phone for light. There was also 1 chair for up to 4 people.
