I think there is only 7-8 villas in the hotel so it is very quite. You can take sup or canoe and row to the small island 2 km away - very nice experience. The stuff is amazing.”

    - “On arrival, we were greeted by lots of friendly smiling staff with welcome drinks. Check in was swift and they showed us to a lovely room with a view of the ocean. The room, pools, grounds, beach, restaurants and resort as a whole was exceptionally clean. The gardens were beautifully manicured and it was a joy strolling through them to the beach. There was a wide range of foods at all mealtimes and the food was, on the whole, quite good. The shower was nice and hot with good water pressure. There were a range of activities on offer during our stay which we enjoyed. There was a farewell lounge with great facilities for showering/freshening up post-checkout.”

      Not enough towels in the room. We had three guests but each of the 3 nights we stayed we were only given 2 and had to request additional. We were quickly given them on request. Also with the pool and extra towel or 2 would be helpful. The only issue I had with the cleanliness was the floor. I am not sure if the "black" was tracked in from the parking lot but you most definitely could not walk across the floor barefoot or your feet would very dirty.

      The tv! The remote didn’t even connect to the tv? It was always lagging in streaming. And there weren’t any drawers to put your clothes in? (Superficial stuff though, overall 9/10, would stay again).

      Ray at the front desk was extremely RUDE. Wouldn’t accommodate me in checking in 30 min early yet he did let someone else check in early. Said I had to wait till exactly 3pm. The other guy/staff who was there the same time was just as rude. Not one friendly staff member. When I went to check out yesterday morning at 530am the guy at the front desk was nice till I said may I have a receipt. I actually saw him ROLL HIS EYES at me for asking for a receipt. Then he got rude and wouldn’t speak to me after. I said thank you and but he didn’t say one word. The floors were awful needing swept there was old crumbs on the carpet shoved up by the bedframe. Would never stay here again nor will I recommend it

      Unfortunately this was a last resort stay for my family and I as we had a death in the family and needed to get to Buffalo urgently and nearly all hotels were booked due to a huge concert going on the same weekend. 1st the front desk computer as not working properly. Once I received the key card I went to the room only to find out it did not work. Had to go back to get keys done again. I returned to the room and discovered. There is NO refrigerator or microwave. I returned to the front desk to see if we could get a room with at least a fridge as we needed one for our insulin. To have a fridge would cost an additional $5.00 per day!! Good grief and there was no such thing as a microwave in the room as there was in the lobby. We received a different room with a fridge that had clearly been glued back together. Their towel and wash clothes are almost the same size and please do not even try to ask a housekeeper for extra because she’ll just wave you off and ignore that you are even speaking to her as she did this to my mother and father. इतना अनादर मत करो We asked for a wakeup call for 6:00am one morning. They didn’t call til around 6:30 or 6:45. Just eliminated that service if it can’t be provided. There is NO elevators and the down stairs ice machine does not work at all. You have to go upstairs for ice. All of this after driving 8 hours to get there. Stress about our two family members that had just passed and stressed about this motel stay. Throughout our stay there were only 2 people that were nice. A man and woman that seem to be the manger and/or the owners of this establishment that seem to be from India. They were nice. Housekeepers were not welcoming at all. I understand maybe there was a language barrier that could have been a factor but as a person who speaks multiple languages myself, and simple smile is universal and we ALL can simple say Hi.
