Very clean nice room. Friendly check in attendant. The only thing I would say was the dinner wasn’t all that and all my family got their food except my salad came after everyone was done eating. Tried the breakfast in the morning and the cook was late coming to work and kept telling us 2 minutes about three times. She was rude, the cook. Felt sorry for the server cause she wasn’t all that nice with her either. Server was very nice. Over all good food…. Just need some work on the whole eating experience with organization…..

The location wasn't exactly where I wanted to be, but I picked Wyndham for the value, which I might say was wonderful. Also was the continental breakfast. I got down late for the breakfast, and the person in charge asked me if I wanted any more before closing the breakfast down. I've been at other motels where the breakfast areas are closed down without, no matter what.! Wyndham staff were very considerate.

Nothing. The rooms were disgusting, unclean, paint pilling off wall, door knob falling off. Couldn’t get in or out our room for the first two days of our three day trip. We had to walk t on security to open our doors EVERY TIME we left the room. And there are a lot of people and floors with five security guards in a building with over 20 floors. Took me two hours to get in the room one of the times!

This is a hidden gem. The owners have done a great job of maintaining this historic property while offering a wonderful experience. The staff is very warm, attentive and hospitable. Daniel was particularly attentive throughout our stay and does a great job as General Manager. Breakfast was delicious. The well kept trails around the property add to the experience.

Room was disgusting and dirty with pet stains. prior guest clothing was left in the room. No ice bucket, all lamp fixtures were unplugged including the telephone, no coffee maker. We were assured by the front desk our vehicle was safely parked under a street light in a handicap stall in front of a cctv camera. Upon checking found that we were targeted and our car was burglarized and many expensive items were stolen. Including a camera, cosmetics and jewelry. Security did nothing said I had to take it up with RENO PD. Asking for video footage, they couldn’t provide it bc it was monitored from an outside agency. WYNDAM should very seriously pull their flag on this property. As a former GM myself I am completely disgusted with the lack of empathy and respect shown to me as a paying guest.

Filthy- absolutely disgustingly filthy. We had water leaking in the bathroom from the room upstairs. Stains on all the furniture that looked “questionable” the room was disgusting- the whole place smelled musty and gross. The front desk was useless. And when you have pets you can only stay downstairs in pet rooms The bathroom looked like it had never been cleaned. We tried to check out earlier but had to fight to get a credit and even then it was only 78$ This place is a trap.
