Check-in was quick and easy. We expected a small, cramped room but the room and bathroom were huge with plenty of storage. Breakfast was mostly grab and go foods like bagels and muffins, just enough to jump-start the day. We had dinner at Penzo's Pizza which is located at the Inn. The pizza, shrimp and breadsticks were very good as were the drinks. It was a quiet atmosphere which was perfect after our long drive. We will definitely stay here for our next trip to Montpelier.

I love the location, it was so close to all the shops and restaurants on Mallery Street. The staff were very friendly and attentive. They told us about all the attractions and fun places to see the next time we are in the area.

The place itself was great! I love the snacks and little details. The bed and pillows were amazing. The TV was good. The bathroom was very nice and everything was very well maintained.

The booking process and communication was horrible. They only spoke English when it was convenient for them and couldn't understand or answer any questions. The location would be great, except that not a single person anywhere in the area knew or spoke English! I have easier times communicating all over the world... restaurants were difficult, and even Home Depot couldn't help me because nobody understood English. The owner%staff seemed nice, but with two words of understanding between us, I really have no idea what she said. I do not think I could return here due to the frustration. I was also double charged, which I tried for months to resolve and ended up disputing it with my card company instead. Booking.com tried too, but got nowhere from lack of communication.

Dirty windows. Cheap poor quality doors. Smelly. Needs many upgrades for the price. I was denied a front room where I could park due to availability, but in the morning it was clear there were many open rooms there.
