    It starts with a booking

    It starts with a booking

The only way to leave a review is to first make a booking. That's how we know our reviews come from real guests who have stayed at the property.

    Followed by a trip

    Followed by a trip

When guests stay at the property, they check out how quiet the room is, how friendly the staff is, and more.

  • And finally, a review

    And finally, a review

After their trip, guests tell us about their stay. We check for naughty words and verify the authenticity of all guest reviews before adding them to our site.

  • in Ephesus Hotel and Art Galery

    - “Book now before there’s a waiting list! I cannot praise enough every aspect of this hotel. I’ve stayed in several others during this trip, from fancy hotels to humble Air BnBs and this one was by far the best. The breakfast was delicious and abundant beyond abundance, the host even came out and found me on the street because I was having a little trouble finding my way on arrival. She cared for every single one of my needs including insisting on getting up early to cook gourmet ADDITIONS to the traditional Turkish breakfast and even walked me to the bus I needed to take for the next leg of my journey. Floored. This place brings hospitality and cleanliness to a whole new level. Don’t hesitate or you’ll lose your chance at real gem. The art gallery portion of the title by the way is about fine sculpted marble replicas of Ancient Greek statuary, athletes, gods and goddesses and such, artfully arranged all over the space. The innkeeper’s father is a famous artist in Turkey.”

This hotel is in prime location to the WW1 Museum, Union Station, Legoland and shops. You can walk to all. The covered walking overpasses are super handy! The room was a decent size and neat and tidy. Self parking for $25 per 24 hours was reasonable for location. Breakfast was nice and the service was good.

The lack of information given in relation to amenities upon check-in was a tad annoying as it forced us to continually ask directions or clarify information when needed. The hotel was nice, but we felt we were definitely paying for location and not the quality of the hotel. Breakfast was held in a little restaurant, in the foyer area, it was a tiny little room that you had to wait for free tables to be seated, as it wasn't too busy at the time we visited our wait time was minimal, maybe 5-10 minutes but I could see that being an extensive wait in peak times which seems silly for a hotel that size.

The Wi-Fi was not working, so in order to work remotely, I had to go somewhere else or use my hotspot. They did give us another network to use but it never worked the whole time of our stay. Also, the lock had to be replaced because it was broken off. I thought this was a remodeled hotel. However, the room did look run down with a lot of wear and tear unfortunately.

The clerk could not find my reservation when i checked in, said they were sold out, but then found me two rooms - originally reserved one king, one double queen - only had queens - so charged me more - then one of the rooms actually had a king. ugh - the hotel is undergoing remodel, and the rooms they gave me had not been touched - torn curtains, stained carpet, tv didn't work, holes in the wall, damaged furniture, stained chair, the list goes on.. it was late, i was tired, should have went and found another hotel.
