      The view was beautiful, the picture shows the true views from the balcony. The beach was nice, lots of small shells and sea life. The indoor and outdoor pools were one of the best things. The staff was very friendly. We had to ask for a few things here and there and they were very helpful and accommodating. I wish I had gotten all their names so I could thank them.

      The 2nd parking elevator trapped us and scared the daylights out of myself and daughter. The particular room we were in was quite dirty with dust, hair, and stained bedding/furniture. I would highly recommend upholstery cleaning and new mattress covers/blankets. Knobs fell off, broken drawer, writing on walls, duct tape on curtains and closet fixtures, cracked bathroom stalls, leaking toilet and loose toilet in master bath, tub did not work properly, and the master bed leans downward at the head so it's like you're sleeping on an incline. This place was ill equipped kitchen wise but we made it work by going to the local stores to get the necessities to cook in house. If you are looking to just warm up your takeaway left overs this place is set for that. The owner of our particular room really needs to consider giving this place some TLC. It would be a 100% turn around if it just had that. So much potential. We have stayed in this building many times in the past and each room and experience is different. All in all even with the hiccups we had we would return to this facility. My husband has been coming here since 1989 alone. You just have to roll with the punches. I'd have been more upset if the price was any higher but as it stands it was ok.

      Lobby and main breakfast area updated and pleasant looking. Location good- just off main highway. Ample parking.

      First room had unpleasant odour. Second room hallway messy…still cleaning rooms. Bathtub dirty and peeling. Floors dirty. Finger marks and streaky counters. Dark bathroom with poor lighting. Staff not very friendly. Breakfast offerings poor. Green bananas- no other fruit. Dirty breakfast area. The worst and most expensive hotel of our 3 week holiday away.

      The management and general maintenance of the property was the biggest issue. We showed up and the door jam to the primary bedroom was broken, looking like it was kicked in. We let them know and they said they were aware but didn’t have time to fix it. Because they chose not to prioritize that, our master bedroom door wouldn’t close and had to be held shut by a backpack. We also got an automated text with details on what was included in our rental and what wasn’t. That seemed helpful, but the list ended up being inaccurate and caused us to have to go buy items that we were told would be provided and we chose not to bring. Most of them were toiletries and things of that nature but the bigger item was telling us we had a hair dryer, which we did not. We messaged them about it the first night and didn’t receive one until 3 days later, which was frustrating to the three women staying at the condo. There was also only 1 trash can in a 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo, so we had to hang trash bags on bathroom doors. Lastly, we got a late checkout at noon, but they didn’t update their system and their cleaning person showed up while we were still there, scaring our 2 year old daughter. We then got a call from their management team insinuating that we chose to stay late without their permission. When I showed them the email exchange where they gave us the late checkout, they just got flustered and hung up the phone.
