      You checked in You paid our pet deposit nowhere did it say anything about one pet per room on any of the papers or in the conversation after I left the store and came back 2 hours to leave in and the staff became very rude. I asked to speak to the manager and they denied my request until I begin recording the event with the staff a few hours later I was asked to go to the main office where there I would meet the manager who was very belligerent screaming and yelling would not speak to me and when I asked if he would speak to me outside alone he proceeded to tell the other staff members to call the police additionally I had paid the night before for an extra two nights I was out before the second night was charged or would have been charged because I was out before 11:00 a.m. I paid $209 as the pet deposit and adding a Friday a Saturday and to check out on Sunday and instead of refunding me I got $55 back. Very disappointed

      Very clean and large spacious suite. Good bed, fully equipped kitchen. The view on the Las Vegas Sphere from the room and the balcony is awesome. Free parking facility. Everything was well arranged and taken care off by the owner, including clear communication on how to check in and how to check out. I will definitely book this room again if I return to Las Vegas.

      Fabulous location. Very clean. Great grab and co breakfast. Hammer on front desk exceptional when checking in. Couldn’t fault the hotel from the friendly doormen to the gentleman checking at the lifts if you were a guest at the hotel, the breakfast staff and the porters for looking after our bags at checkout.

      Always enjoy staying there when we are in town. I love the fact the guy running the front desk said "Give me a few minutes to clean up my desk....my wife made a mess of it".....I could SO relate to having to have a clean and organized desk. Maybe one of the things I miss about being retired....

      Friendly staff, great location, and wonderful food. The beds are extremely comfortable and the showers are amazing, great water pressure and temperature.

      The only thing I did not like about the property was the fact that I could not control the temperature in the room. It would not be so bad if the vent was not pointing directly at the bed.

      My recent stay at this stay was marred by an incredibly frustrating experience with their cancellation policy. Despite reaching out to both the booking partner and the hotel owner , explaining our uncertain circumstances, we were met with a complete lack of empathy and understanding. We had initially booked a multi-night stay but found ourselves needing to shorten our trip due to unforeseen circumstances. With ample notice, we contacted the booking partner through Booking.com to inform them of our need to cancel one night of our reservation. The booking partner promised to get us our one night refund and considered it to be done, but that did not happen. The hotel owner was not  willing to accommodate our request for a refund for the canceled night. What truly disappointed us was not just the refusal to refund but the complete inflexibility and lack of consideration shown by both parties. While we understand the need for cancellation policies, the unwillingness to even discuss the possibility of a partial refund or the application of a cancellation fee was disheartening. Throughout multiple conversations with both the booking partner   we encountered a stubborn refusal to acknowledge our circumstances or offer any form of compromise. It's deeply disappointing to encounter such a lack of customer-centricity in an industry that relies heavily on guest satisfaction. As a result of this experience, I cannot in good conscience recommend this place to fellow travelers. The unwillingness to accommodate reasonable requests and the disregard for customer concerns make it clear that this establishment prioritizes profit over customer satisfaction.
