  The size of the rooms/suites was great. The breakfast would have been great if it hadn’t been so crowded that it took too long to stand in line for eggs.

  One bed looked like it had been sat in, so we were worried about whether the sheets were clean. Bathroom floor corners weren’t clean. The sink in both bathrooms didn’t work correctly — even when we turned on both hot and cold water in an attempt to get warm water, it ran either boiling hot or freezing cold. The furniture in the living room area looked shabby. There was tons of wall space in the bathroom but no bars to hang towels on.

  They never once cleaned our room in 4 days, even though i requested it everyday and they promised it would happen. At the end the manager Patrick told me he will refund me 1 night. It has been 5 weeks and I call almost everyday to both booking.com and magnolia and every time they promise I will get my refund and it still has not happened. I’m very disappointed in the poor customer service from both companies and the empty promises and lies.

  The breakfast is horrible. The room smells like rotten tomatoes. The manager is the worst person you can encounter. I paid $50 for a late check-out to use the room until 5PM. I arrived at the front desk at 5:20PM to check-out, and THEY CHARGED ME THE FULL EXTRA NIGHT. They are thieves. Stay away from this horrible place.
