      The staff was very pleasant. It was a bit of a "throw-back" from an earlier era, but Cape May may be just like that. There were no elevators, no fitness room, rooms had keys instead of swipe cards which we see everywhere. We had an end room, so our balcony was private.

      The view at Kuhio Shores 410 was amazing. We loved watching the turtles and surfers. The condo had all you could need for a wonderful stay!

      Only wished there were some travel magazines/books about Kauai. Seems like the entire island has gone online since Covid and I understand. But I still longed for the oversized magazine with places to see, eat, and enjoy.

      Room space, bed and the balcony. The lobby is great. People were really nice.

      Didn't get room cleaning for the first night without any explanation as we didn't put the sign "do not disturb" and also the pool was not open and we were expecting it would have been, so that was a big disappointment... I wish the hotel would have acknowledge and giving us a discount for these 2 things.

      Great location. Upstairs very comfy.

      The cooking pans need work, just adding a nice griddle would help. Not enough to cook a nice breakfast for 4. The two newer ones had baked stuff still on them, that would not come off, the small griddle is two small and gets really hot even making sure the heat is down. The serving and eating ware were fine.

      The manager Carlos Rodriguez knock VERY HARD my door at 11:30. When I opened it, he yelled twice “OPEN THE DOOR!!” I was very confused because I asked for a late check out much earlier, and the lady from front desk called “Faith” granted it to me until 11:30. Carlos Rodriguez from Woodspring hotel Davenport, FL is totally lost on how to deal with customers. Do my job, I have to stay every week in hotels in Florida but I will definitely avoid to be at any WOODSPRING SUITES! This guy is just making this company to lose their customers as myself already did. Although if he knew or not about my late checkout, he shouldn’t had to scream to me that way! Luckily for him, I was so relaxed at that moment that I didn’t hit him right on the middle of his glasses! But maybe I should ! Hope the company takes action and put the customer service back on track asap. John Bilbao
