The Patrician was the highlight of our three week trip. Great location, views, comfort, breakfast. Everything was excellent. But best of all was the owner, TJ. He made our visit memorable. Great Stories. Great service. I highly recommend considering this place when you visit Pasadena.

This property was close to the beach and food ! Awesome location! Staff was excellent!! Not one person was rude!! The lady that cooks the breakfast deserves a raise!! She was phenomenal!! This hotel is very nice and I have booked again for a trip with the kids!

I’m very disappointed in this property and how they handle business. Not an accommodating at all.

There breakfast was horrible, the halls smelled like pot, the showers and bedding were not clean, we found hair from other people that stayed before us in the showers and bedding. They didn’t restock the supplies in the hotel room, All night someone was running back and forth and jumping so the roof was pounding loudly all night. We called the front desk multiple times and nothing was done about it. We had a horrible nights rest 2 nights in a row and the hotel didn’t want to do anything to accommodate us nor was it easy to get a hold of a manager. Non of the workers knew how to handle a complaint other than to email the manager. Management wouldn’t even come to phone when I called to speak to the manager. Her response was she would email me. Her email didn’t address the major issues like the loud noise all night long for two nights she only addressed the ones she could come up with an excuse for. This manager was not helpful in anyway nor did she even care that we had a bad stay at her hotel. Not even a kind word of I’m so sorry you had a bad experience here. Nothing but excuses.
